Mar. 1, 1958    Started manufacturing fishing tackle (retail fishhooks) as Tajiri Hayato Shoten

Apr. 1970        Established HAYABUSA Fishing Hooks Co., Ltd.

Oct. 1, 1983    Completed head office building

Dec. 1, 1991   Established HAYABUSA USA Inc. (Los Angeles)

Feb. 1993        Established Shanghai HAYABUSA Fishing Tackle Manufacture Co., Ltd.

Jan. 1995        Hayato Tajiri appointed as Chairman; Takashi Shida appointed as President

May. 2000       Began construction of head office and distribution center in Yokawa-cho, Mino-gun, Hyogo Prefecture

Jun. 2001        Completed distribution center and relocated head office

Dec. 2002       Relocated overseas factory from Shanghai HAYABUSA Co., Ltd. to Qingdao HAYABUSA Fishing Tackle Manufacture Co., Ltd.

Oct. 2007        Established HAYABUSA Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Apr. 1, 2008    Takashi Shida appointed as Chairman; Shigehiro Osugi appointed as President

Jun. 2008        Takashi Shida passed away

Jun. 2009        Yumi Shida appointed as President
