We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchase. So, if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, just go through our easy return process.

14 Day Return Policy
For the first 14 days after your purchase you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges.
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, unopened and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.
Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.
If a product is received defective, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the item.

Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned, will have all the associated shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.
We do not take any responsibility for goods returned lost in transit or damaged, so it may be a good idea to insure your return shipment to us.
All Goods returned after 14 days will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Following items cannot be returned once opened:
- Lures, clothing, lines, hooks and any item which has been removed from its "blister-pack".
- Fishing equipment (fishing rods and reels) cannot be returned once it has been used.
Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund. You will be notified by email once your return is processed. ADORE TACKLE reserves the right to refuse return, refund and/or charge a restocking fee for any product that doesn’t comply with the above mentioned requirements.
Replacement of Goods
Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to ADORE TACKLE within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery
The customer shall not open the sealed package in which a particular item was sent if the item(s) received are different than what it was ordered. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be considered an implicit acceptance by the buyer and the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered; subsequently any further claims might be refuted.
ADORE TACKLE owns the title of any extra goods shipped with any order that has been delivered in error.
For any returns, the customer shall include a copy of the receipt (for the returned merchandise) so ADORE TACKLE can reference the order easily when it is returned.
