The PALOMA could probably be best described as a cross between a heavy feeder rod and a light surf spinning rod. This could make a rather complex pairing, but SUNSET have actually got it spot on and produced a high quality, super sensitive rod which is perfect for the lighter end of beach fishing and is ideal for both the match competition or keen pleasure angler.

The 3-piece blank features three interchangeable quiver tips allowing you to adjust the rods sensitivity to suit conditions and ensure you do not miss seeing even the smallest bites. The mid and butt sections have a decent reserve of power to enable you to cast the required distance and also control any larger mulloway, salmon, gummy shark, bream or tailor which intercept your baits.

The SUNSET PALOMA excels at estuary fishing and open beach scratching as well as targeting mullet, whiting and garfish on the surface or just adding extra fun to your fishing for bream, trevally, jewies or snook on nice calm days.
